New Volunteer Firefighters

On Saturday, February 7, 2026, we celebrated the graduation of Class 25‑1 from the Thurston County Fire Training Academy. Completing the fire academy requires grit, discipline, and unwavering dedication—and this class demonstrated all of that at every step. This achievement marks a significant milestone, and the McLane Black Lake Fire Department is incredibly proud of our three new volunteer firefighters.

Please welcome the following new Firefighters:

  • FF Isaiah Bobo
  • FF Nickolas Brooks
  • FF Joshua Hernandez

Also a shoutout to Joshua Hernandez for his recogition as part of the Engine Company Award.

Congratulations to all of our newly trained members and thank you for representing MBLFD in your respective classes!
