Bulk sand and empty sandbags are provided at no cost to citizens of Thurston County who are experiencing flooding.  Sand and sandbags are available at Station 91 – 125 Delphi Rd NW, Olympia and Station 95 - 5911 Black Lake Blvd. SW, Olympia.
